1.Go to one of any following proxy sites to open link
    www.hidemyass.com
    www.proxysites.in
    www.proxyhyper.com

2.There is a search box in the website.And write the URL/link [example-www.torrentz.eu]

3.And click on search button.

4.Now the blocked website is opened.
